Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

RETURN POLICY

If your order was incorrect, you must notify us within three (3) business days of receipt for a replacement.

Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email or the world wide web within three business days of receipt.

321StudiosInc.com will not accept any opened Software returns (this includes downloads and activation only), except for same-item exchange only. We reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee for damaged goods or for any item which is returned and not defective.


Any products ordered and then cancelled will incur a 15% handling fee.

No returns will be accepted on any licenses or any product with a visible keycode.

No returns will be accepted on items that are too damaged to be restocked or resold.

321StudiosInc.com will only offer a refund or replacement on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).

Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.

All of 321StudiosInc.com products are covered by a Money Back Guarantee against defects and are guaranteed to activate as long as you contact us within 3 days.  For a return or replacement of your product please contact our customer service department at support@321StudiosInc.com or via the World Wide Web for a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. You must return the product in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation and, if applicable, its blank warranty card.

Opened software and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for any refund.
